DAY RATE
A DAY RATE is charged if Saray is needed on call for the WHOLE DAY (8 consecutive hours with 1 hour of lunch break). This booking arrangement can not be changed after the artist arrives for the appointment. Day rate must be specified at the time of booking and must be paid even if the artist is not used for the full day.
Time & Half charges occur after 8 hours or before 8am and after 8pm.
TRAVEL
Traveling outside the Orlando area is a non-negotiable at the time of booking. Client is responsible for all traveling fees and/or additional expenses the artist incur. Mileage to/from $0.70 per mile. Domestic & International travel available: Air Flight & Hotel is required.
CANCELLATIONS
~ Canceling within 8 days is acceptable and no fee will be imposed.
~ Cancelations due to weather conditions is acceptable and no fee will be imposed.
~ Canceling within 2 hours prior to booked appointment a $200 fee will incur.
~ Canceling at least 24 hours prior to booked appointment will incur a fee of a 1/2 Day Rate.
